As Chief Technology and Cybersecurity Officer, Philippe Limantour's main mission is to lead Microsoft's strategy in France regarding innovative technologies and cybersecurity. In his role, he is a member of the executive committee of Microsoft France.

In close collaboration with the executive committee and the various concerned entities, he represents Microsoft France in the technological sphere before key government officials and major government agencies, IT departments, standardization committees, as well as the education and research sectors. He also maintains close ties with Microsoft Corporation, Microsoft Research, and the various product groups.

An ESIEA engineer and holder of two master's degrees (in science & executive coaching), Philippe holds a PhD in mathematics and AI from Paris XI Orsay / École Normale Supérieure Ulm.
