Senior Partner at McKinsey specialized in AI/GenAI, Digital and Technology transformation, Stéphane manages the Technology, Digital and Tech pole of expertise of McKinsey in France as well as its entity QuantumBlack, dedicated to Artificial Intelligence. He also co-leads McKinsey's Agile / Software engineering practice globally.

With more than 30 years of experience as a system integrator, CIO and now strategy consultant, Stéphane supports large companies on all aspects of their AI, Digital and Tech transformation.

These include the definition of value-driven AI, Digital and Tech strategies, the definition of a state-of-the-art technology architecture (cloud, micro services, ….), the deployment of next gen delivery practices (agile, software engineering, ML Ops, ...), the construction of differentiating AI/Gen AI applications and the securing and acceleration of major tech programs to upgrade legacy systems (eg ERP modernization) or build digital platforms.

Before becoming Senior Partner at McKinsey, Stéphane was Group CIO at Casino for six years and previously at Altadis for four years. He started his career at Accenture on major process reengineering and software integration programs.
